2018 Scholarship Awards Presentation

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Rancho Cucamonga Community & Arts Foundation awarded 9 scholarships ranging from $500 – $1000 to graduating high school seniors who are pursuing the arts. The students represent the high schools of Etiwanda, Los Osos, Alta Loma, Rancho Cucamonga High, and Aquinas High. All students are residents of Rancho Cucamonga. A total of $5,500 was awarded, including one scholarship presented in the name of Kailee Rose, a young lady who participated in Community Theatre performances at the Lewis Family Playhouse who passed away in April. Her family provided the scholarship in her name and were in attendance at the ceremony.

The Awards Presentation was held at the RCCAAF Board Meeting at City Hall on Wednesday, June 13, 2018. Board Members Al Arg├╝ello and Rosemarie Brown, who served on the scholarship selection committee, presented the awards. The students who received a scholarship award are as follows:

The Rancho Cucamonga Community & Arts Foundation provides student scholarships annually for students pursuing education in the arts field. Applications are available on the RCCAAF website beginning in February.
