Eleven young aspiring arts students who graduated high school this Spring each have received a scholarship award from the Rancho Cucamonga Community & Arts Foundation (RCCAAF) for their participation and excellence in school and community arts programs, academic achievements, and passion for their respective art media, all who have established plans for their future education in the arts. The awarded students represented 5 high schools, including Alta Loma, Etiwanda, Los Osos, Rancho Cucamonga, and CA State School for the Arts (San Gabriel Valley). Applicable students must be a resident of Rancho Cucamonga or attend a Rancho Cucamonga high school.
The RCCAAF awarded $7,500 in student scholarships this year, with seven students receiving $500 each and four students awarded $1,000 each.
