DESCRIPTION:Saturdays\, November 28 & December 12\, 2026 • 12:00–2:00 PM • In Person • $80/$70\nJoin us in this spicy two-part workshop of making your own ceramic condiment bowl and spoon alongside with Chef Nicole Christman from Savory Scallion. \nChristman will provide chili-inspired snacks for the ceramic portion of this workshop and share her experience of being a small business in the culinary world. Meanwhile participants will learn to make a foam pressed ceramic bowl and spoon with AMOCA staff. In the second day of the workshop all participants will get to utilize their condiment bowls for chili crisp-making. Christman will provide ingredients and teach everyone this recipe. And of course she will be supplying Scallion + Corn Cheese Focaccia (veg) to test out your freshly made chili crisp! \nThis is a great opportunity for those who want to be creative\, have some fun in the ceramic studio\, and learn a spicy new recipe!
