The work draws from a life shaped by early loss\, beginning with the death of his father\, and follows a path through adolescence\, artistic discovery\, and years of professional musicianship. \nReleased in 2023\, the album was created during a period of profound change. Isenberg stepped away from a decade-long marriage\, leading to a body of work that reflects both uncertainty and transformation. Inspired in part by the visual and emotional tone of filmmaker Wes Anderson\, the music explores the idea of reimagining one’s life and identity. \nBlending live performance with personal narrative\, The Way I Feel Inside moves through themes of loss\, reinvention\, and acceptance.
