Key\, and Eric Schwitzgebel for a conversation you won’t want to miss. \n \nVital: The Future of Healthcare is a collection of stories from top Science Fiction authors——collectively holding 25 Hugo\, Nebula\, Locus\, and Sturgeon awards (a few for Vital stories!)—who employ the power of engaging fiction to explore these questions and today’s most critical issues in medicine. \n \nOur visions of the future—whether dark or hopeful\, thrilling or mundane—have always challenged us to examine our world. How can we improve? What challenges will we face? Are we even ready?

DESCRIPTION:CALAVERAS: A Community Exhibition \nOctober 28 – December 7\, 2024 in CAA Student Gallery\, Rancho Campus\, and Instagram @chaffeystudentgallery \n \nThe calavera\, or “skull” in Spanish\, has become one of the most recognizable cultural and artistic elements of el Día de Muertos (the Day of the Dead) tradition. The Calaveras on view were designed and ornamented by students\, faculty\, and staff in the Chaffey College community on all three campuses. Thank you to the many contributors and creators. This exhibition was organized by the Wignall Museum of Contemporary Art and the Center for Culture and Social Justice. \n \nCalaveras Making Workshops \nFontana Campus\, Monday\, September 30\, 9:30-11:30am\,  FNAC-213; \nChino Campus\, Wednesday\, October 2\, 2-4pm\, Chino Quad; \nRancho Cucamonga Campus\, Wednesday\, October 2\, 2-4pm\, location TBD \nJoin us to create your own Calaveras.
