The Foundation is excited to announce the launch of the new Community Art Scene monthly newsletter providing residents with current information on arts events, programs, classes, exhibits, festivals, performances, and all things arts available in our community. It is the Foundation’s goal to broaden awareness of the arts opportunities in our area and to encourage greater participation. We hope this monthly newsletter will provide valuable information on the arts offerings. In conjunction with the Community Art Scene Newsletter, the Foundation has created a new online arts calendar, where local arts groups, schools and organizations can post their upcoming arts events and activities. There is no charge to post information. While other organizations may also host an arts calendar on their sites, RCCAAF’s Community Arts Calendar will focus on events and activities in Rancho Cucamonga and the surrounding cities (such as Ontario, Fontana, Upland, and Claremont) specifically. While there are many, many arts offerings throughout Southern California, it is our mission to promote local arts so that remains our primary focus of this calendar and newsletter.
