Register as an Event Organizer
To begin submitting your events to our calendar, we ask that you register as an event organizer by sending us an email at marketing@rccaaf.org with the name of your organization, types of arts events you would submit, contact name and email.
How to Post Your Event
The Rancho Cucamonga Community and Arts Foundation calendar is for arts related events happening in and near Rancho Cucamonga, including Upland, Claremont, Fontana, and Ontario. There is no charge to post events, and we welcome local community organizations to submit event listings.
It is recommended you submit events at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your event date. If this is your first submission, you may need to add your organization or venue to the existing list.
All event submissions will be reviewed before being posted to the calendar. We reserve the right to edit your information. Non-arts related events will not be accepted. Please allow 3-5 days for review of your submission.
Submission Guidelines
- For activities that occur over multiple dates please only create one event. You will be able to add additional recurring dates for an Event Series in the listing form.
- For activities such as classes that have sessions over multiple weeks, please create only one event for the registration opening day or the first day of the program, and include the schedule within the description. Do not create recurring dates.

Please follow these best practices when uploading your photos:
- Image Size: 1080px x1080px is preferred, the same size you might be using on social media.
- File Size: Save your file at no larger than 72dpi resolution and file size no larger than 1mb.
- Image Content: To highlight your event in the best way possible, images can include event title or a small organization logo, but should not be filled with text details about your program. Please do not upload your event flyer. If your submission differs, it may be modified to fit the calendar format.
