Join us soon for our Public Reception celebrating our new exhibition: Designing Our Community: HMC Architects in the Pomona Valley. There will be small snacking tables and great conversations for free!
This exhibit celebrates the 85th anniversary of HMC Architects and is focused on a select group of non-residential buildings in the Pomona Valley. The importance of this firm for the built environment of the region is shown through photographs drawn from their extensive archive which have never before been seen by the public. HMC developed a streamlined, modernist architectural vocabulary of both elegance and utility. A selection of these photographs was taken by noted photographer Julius Shulman.
